So what's this all about then?
Broma Chocolate was born from the desire to find a better chocolate.
The seed was planted in 2013 while making my favorite chocolate mousse pie. I had always used the same old chocolate that you're familiar with from the grocery and while it wasn't bad, I knew something better had to be out there. I went looking for that better chocolate but unfortunately I came up empty handed. So I thought, "How hard could it be to make my own?" Well, I now have the answer to that question: it's kinda hard. There's some math involved and a lot of paperwork and, yeah, it's not all brownies and cupcakes. But the point of the story is: I fell in love with the process and four years after asking that simple question I opened a chocolate factory of my own, and I want to share what I've found with all of you. And I hope you enjoy what I've made as much as I've enjoyed making it.
